Fortress Case Study Fortress Case Study

Solution: Lots of grinding was needed with unevenness of the Glazed Tile. Strap installation spacing was tightened to 32” on center. Also with large span of window opening, horizontal straps were installed to carry load to vertical straps placed on each side of window.

Observation: Due to the amount of grinding on glazed tile, an additional Hepa vacuum was used to control dust level. Extra epoxy was also used for evening the grinded area allowing a smooth painted completed project.
